B roadside Customs Clearance are an independent UK based customs clearance agency specialist in business since 2003. Our small size means we can offer a personal touch that bigger companies often can’t.
Customs Clearance Agency Roles
Key tasks we cover:
- Complete the customs entry on your behalf
- Assist you in making tax payments to HMRC to clear your cargo
- Keep you informed of the progress of your cargo and finally, advising when customs cleared.
Main UK Sea Ports Covered
I can arrange UK delivery haulage transport from port in addition to arranging import customs clearance at the main UK sea ports. These UK sea ports are Felixstowe, Tilbury, London Gateway, Southampton, Liverpool, Portsmouth, Belfast and various ERTS (Enhanced Remote Transit Sheds) sites scattered around the UK.
Over 35 Years Customs Clearance Agency Experience
To be a customs clearance agency in the USA first you must pass the Customs Broker License Examination, submit a broker license application with appropriate fees and your application must be approved by CBP (Customs and Border Protection, an agency of US Dept. of Homeland Security).
However, here in the UK anyone can set up their own customs clearance agency with no prior experience. With over 35 years’ experience and a BIFA Diploma in Customs Procedures, this would not be the case at Broadside CCA.
No agent can guarantee HMRC will not examine your cargo, or that your vessel will not be delayed, but I can assure you that your requirements and mine will be to get your cargo customs cleared and processed for delivery as soon as possible. Any delay can result in rent charges from the shipping company, and nobody wants that!
I look forward to hearing from you soon and will be glad to explain the process that your cargo will undergo and the paperwork needed. Broadside CCA Ltd is a small company so you can be assured of a one to one relationship which has worked well for my clients over the years.
